Email Server

With its optional on-board email server, SARK can unify all of your on-line communications. Running your own email server is not as daunting a prospect as you might think and it can save you money by not having to pay a third party for hosting. With its simple administration interface, SARK allows you to add or delete email users in seconds. Additionally, the included spam software can help ensure that spam email becomes a thing of the past.

The system boasts a web-mail component which allows you or your employees to retrieve email when away from the workplace. Any internet capable PC can be used to login to retrieve your messages. What's more, the system is 100% compatible with both Microsoft Outlook and Outlook Express so you won't have to change your Email client software.

Unified Messaging

Whether you run the SARK email server or a third party system such as Microsoft Exchange Server, you can take advantage of SARK's unified messaging capabilities. Ordinarily, voicemail messages are automatically deleted after a few hours or days. With SARK, your voicemail messages can be automatically emailed to you as “wav” attachments. You can listen to them at any internet connected PC even if you can't get to a phone. These messages can be saved as part of your account history, just like ordinary emails, allowing you to better track and manage your customer contacts.
